All fees become due once the child has been offered a place at the school - regardless of term start date.
Mid-term enrolment policy
Children enrolled after the midterm break will pay prorated fees. Full fees apply for enrolments at or before midterm.

These three fees are paid only once - when your child first joins Totally Kids. They are not charged again in subsequent terms or years. Assessment and enrolment fees are non-refundable.

Payment Information
No cash payments are accepted at the school. All payments must be made via bank deposit or mobile money transfer. Please use your child's full name as the payment reference.

Mobile Money Payments
All mobile money transactions should be transferred directly into the FNB school account number 62828483024. Use your child's name as the reference.
No Cash Payments Accepted
The school does not accept cash payments under any circumstances. All fees must be deposited into the official FNB school account or transferred via mobile money.
Pay 1 Week Before Term Starts
All fees are due in full at least one week before the commencement of each term. Late payment will attract a penalty charge.
Send Proof of Payment
After every payment, send your proof of payment to the school for issuance of your official receipt. Proof can be sent via:

Proof of payment can also be physically delivered to the Totally Kids school office during school hours for issuance of your receipt.
Fees Per Section
REFUND POLICY
​Assessment and enrollment fees are once off and are non-refundable.
All other fees shall only be refunded in an event that a family is met with extenuating circumstances which must have been brought to the attention of the school management.
In the case of refund, the school fees will be calculated as follows:
Tuition fees paid in advance and prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable and only the application and enrollment fees will be deducted
